Pick what your skin — and your goals — actually need
Smooth Skin Society
Consistent skincare, tailored to you. Every session is whatever your skin needs that month — a carbon laser facial, microneedling or a peel — never a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Best for: anyone who wants to stay ahead of their skin, not catch up on it.
Tox Club
Botox, every three months, built into your membership. No re-booking scramble, no forgetting — it's just part of your routine now.
Best for: maintaining your results consistently, without thinking about it.
Laser Membership
Every laser membership is built around your treatment areas, so we do this one over WhatsApp — message us, we'll talk it through, and your plan is created just for you.
Best for: anyone wanting laser hair or tattoo removal, with a plan built around their exact areas.
Savings Club
Save monthly, spend it on whatever treatment you're working towards. Full flexibility, no pressure, and your balance stays yours to use at NEYA.
Best for: anyone who'd rather plan ahead than find the money on the day.

Before you join
How do I know which plan's right for me?
Message us on WhatsApp and we'll help you choose — or if you're not sure, book a quick consultation and we'll talk it through together.
Do I need a consultation before joining?
Not always — once you sign up to a plan, we'll email you your next steps. If you're unsure which plan suits you, we're happy to book a consultation first.
Can I change my plan?
If your needs change, speak to the NEYA team and we'll talk you through the options available.
What if I cancel — do I lose my money?
No. Any unused balance you've built stays available for you to use towards eligible future treatments at NEYA, and you're still a NEYA client either way. Membership payments already made are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Yes. Plans run for a minimum of 3 months, then require 30 days' notice to cancel.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No — memberships, balances, treatments and member benefits are personal to you and can't be transferred or shared.
Can I have my treatment straight away after joining for £1?
Your Inner Circle member benefits start straight away, but treatments must be fully paid for before they take place. Your regular membership payments build towards your treatment. If there is a shortfall when your appointment is due, you can simply pay the remaining balance on the day.
Where is The NEYA Clinic based?
We're based at 13 Station Road, Hatfield, Doncaster, DN7 6PY. Easy to reach whether you're coming from Hatfield itself or elsewhere around Doncaster.
What treatments can I use my Inner Circle membership towards?
Botox, dermal fillers, skin treatments like carbon laser facials and microneedling, laser hair removal, laser tattoo removal, and more. Your plan is built around whichever of these you actually want.
Do I need to already be a NEYA client to join?
Not at all. Whether you're already coming to us in Doncaster or you're completely new to NEYA, you can join The Inner Circle and start booking straight away.
