Membership Terms & Conditions

Minimum Membership Term

All NEYA Inner Circle membership plans have a minimum term of three months.

After the initial three-month minimum term, your membership can be cancelled by providing 30 days' notice.

Joining The NEYA Inner Circle

New members can join The NEYA Inner Circle for an initial payment of £1.

When joining, you will select one of the following dates for your regular membership payment to begin:

• 1st of the month
• 15th of the month
• 25th of the month

Your regular membership payment will then automatically renew monthly according to your selected payment schedule.

There is no prorated first membership payment.

Your £1 Joining Payment

The £1 joining payment activates your NEYA Inner Circle membership and member benefits.

It does not create treatment credit and does not entitle you to receive a treatment for £1.

Your treatment balance begins to build when your regular membership payments start.

Inner Circle Member Benefits

Your Inner Circle member benefits begin when you successfully join. Membership benefits may include:

• Access to the private NEYA Inner Circle WhatsApp community
• Exclusive monthly members-only offers
• Priority booking
• Early access to selected treatments, launches, promotions and events
• Access or invitations to exclusive member events
• NEYA VIP Black Card
• Additional member perks and benefits as The NEYA Inner Circle develops

Individual offers, events and additional perks may vary over time.

Treatment Payments

All treatments must be fully paid for before they are carried out.

Your regular membership payments build towards your treatment or treatment balance according to your chosen membership plan.

If your accumulated membership balance does not fully cover your treatment at the time of your appointment, you can pay the remaining balance yourself on the day.

A treatment will not be carried out while any part of the treatment cost remains unpaid. The NEYA Inner Circle membership is not a credit facility.

Treatment Appointments

Where your membership includes regular treatments, we ask that you arrange your next appointment at your current appointment wherever possible.

We understand that plans can change and appointments can be moved providing the required notice is given.

All membership appointments remain subject to The NEYA Clinic's standard booking and cancellation terms.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

If you do not attend a booked appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment will be forfeited.

Repeated no-shows or cancellations with less than the required notice may result in your membership being cancelled.

Membership Payments

Once a membership payment has been collected, it is non-refundable. This includes money that has accumulated within your membership balance.

However, cancelling your membership does not mean that you lose an unused balance already accumulated on your account.

Cancelling Your Membership

After your initial three-month minimum membership term, you may cancel by providing 30 days' notice.

Cancelling your membership ends your ongoing membership payments and Inner Circle membership. It does not mean that you can no longer be a client of The NEYA Clinic.

You are welcome to continue booking treatments with NEYA after your membership has ended.

Remaining Balance After Cancellation

If you cancel your membership and have an unused balance remaining on your account, the balance is not refundable.

The unused balance will remain available for you to use towards eligible future treatments at The NEYA Clinic. Cancelling your membership does not cause this accumulated balance to disappear.

Memberships Are Personal

Your membership is personal to you. Your membership, membership payments, accumulated balance, treatment entitlement and Inner Circle benefits cannot be transferred to another person, shared with another person or used to pay for another individual's treatment or membership.

Any unused balance remains attached to the original member.

Changing Your Membership

If your treatment needs change and you would like to discuss changing your membership plan, please contact The NEYA Clinic.

The team will discuss the options available to you based on your existing membership and individual circumstances.

Savings Club

Money paid into your Savings Club accumulates as a balance for you to use towards eligible treatments at The NEYA Clinic.

Savings Club balances are non-refundable, personal to the member, and not transferable or shareable.

If you cancel your Savings Club in accordance with the membership cancellation terms, any unused balance remains available for you to use towards eligible future treatments at NEYA.

Laser Memberships

Laser Memberships are tailored individually because treatment requirements and pricing vary depending on the areas being treated.

Laser Memberships are therefore arranged directly with The NEYA Clinic following the appropriate discussion and/or consultation. Your individual Laser Membership payment structure will be confirmed when your plan is created.

Membership Treatment Entitlement

Access to Inner Circle member benefits and entitlement to receive a treatment are separate. Your Inner Circle benefits begin when you join. Treatment entitlement depends on the treatment being fully funded.

If your membership balance is not sufficient to cover the treatment when it is due, you can top up the difference yourself. No treatment will be carried out with an outstanding balance.

Membership Communication

Important information relating to your membership may be sent using the contact details you provide when joining.

You are responsible for ensuring that your contact information is kept up to date with The NEYA Clinic.

Full Agreement

By completing your membership sign-up and accepting these Terms & Conditions, you confirm that you understand:

• Your membership has a minimum three-month term.
• 30 days' notice is required to cancel after the minimum term.
• Membership payments already collected are non-refundable.
• Your Inner Circle benefits begin when you join.
• The £1 joining payment does not fund a treatment.
• Treatments must be fully paid for before they take place.
• Any treatment shortfall can be topped up by you before/on the day of treatment.
• Unused accumulated balances remain available for your eligible future NEYA treatments if you cancel.
• Memberships and balances cannot be transferred or shared.
• Membership appointments remain subject to NEYA's booking and cancellation terms.
• No-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice result in the appointment being forfeited.
